Please print out and complete the order
form provided on this site, and post it, together with your
cheque/postal order (payment in UK£ sterling only), to SASHAY,
P.O. Box 2335, MITCHAM CR4 2XN
N.B. Before ordering, if a particular garment is of
limited availability, please email to check availability. If the
garment is still available we will reserve it for you for a period
of 7 days.
All orders are subject to availability.
We will not disclose your details to third parties.
We take every care to ensure that the description
and specifications of garments are correct at the time of publication.
Colours shown are only as accurate as technology permits and there
may be some slight variation.
All transactions are governed by English Law without
giving effect to any of the principles of conflict of laws. All
parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
and Wales.
RETURNS
If you are not completely happy with your purchase
just return the garment to us, unworn, within 14 days for a replacement
or refund (excluding P & P). If you are within the UK you can
return the garment to us at no cost to yourself by using the postage
paid return label, which is enclosed with every order. Please reuse
the original packaging and seal the package securely. If you live
outside the UK, please ensure that you pay the return postage. Please
ask for a proof of postage certificate in case the parcel goes astray.
